The power of partner yoga is the foundation of this module, which is an intensive 6-day course.
This course deepens the reach of the AcroYoga curriculum to include partner yoga to include children, parents, and family. The tools in this course will enable you to not only learn the practice of Family AcroYoga, but teach it.
Here's what you'll get in this dynamic training:
- How to create a safe space and consentual touch
- Family dynamics: how to manage diverse ages and group sizes
- Partner & Group yoga sequences - Mindful games for teaching social concepts
- Restorative Partner Yoga poses
- Safe partner inversions
- How to Fly with AcroYoga!
- Safe partner inversions
- Sample lesson plans, themes, and practice teaching opportunities
And we'll conclude with a festival to share all that we've learned with the local community!
