Live Online Kids Yoga Teacher Training

Join me for this 65 hour live online training from anywhere in the world. I have developed a comprehensive program that is perfect for parents, counselors, yoga teachers and educators who want to share the benefits of yoga and mindfulness with children to reduce stress, anxiety, while increasing focus, concentration and self-regulation.

FULL SCHEDULE 

Tuesdays April 4, 11, 18, 25; May 2, 9, 16, 23; June 6, 13, 20 4-6p PT  

Saturdays April 1st, May 6th, June 3rd 12:30-5:30PM PT 

Up to 2 hours of homework each week

This course will cover three classes of content: * Foundations of Kids Yoga (April 1st -25th) * Working with Older Kids, Tweens & Teens (May 2-23) * Yoga in Schools (June 3-20)

This course runs parallel with the live in studio Kids Yoga Teacher Training at Namaspa, and Saturday sessions will be hybrid with the entire cohort.

You will gain 65 credit hours with successful completion of this program. These hours can be used for Yoga Alliance CEUs, or towards becoming a 95 hour Certified Kids Yoga Teacher.

Policies: Program must be paid in full before it begins. No refunds will be given 14 days before the program begins; unused credits can be applied to future programs. Participants get a zoom link, invite to the private Facebook group and a unique handbook for each training ahead of time, so even though the program hasn't officially started, you can start doing the work and have access to a lot of content beforehand.

Make Up Policy

Please prioritize this training to optimize connection. When you miss a session, please watch the recording for the week and send us a one page reflection before the next session. Make ups incur a $25 fee.
